SCHOOL OF INTEGRATIVE
MEDICINE & FUNCTIONAL HEALING
The School of Integrative Medicine & Functional
Healing is a primary degree granting institution within the QVIUS. This
school offers approximately 4500 hundred hours of training, leading to the
degree Doctor of Dynamic Integrative Medicine (D.I.M.) This Integrative
Medical designation is given to graduates who have accomplished an
acceptable degree of competency in the art, science and philosophy of
making sick people well. This program is taught from a philosophy based on
the dynamic interaction between Universal Intelligence and that
Intelligence Innate within all living creatures. The designation; Servant to Humanity (Ser.) is awarded to
students who have sucessfully completed this program minimum of a minimum
4500 hours or already existing physicians who successfully completes the
prescribed postgraduate program.
A two year program leading to the Somiatric Practitioner
Certificate is offered to individuals who has a minimum high
school diploma and chose as their vocation a career in Functional Healing.
These individuals are expected to function under the mentoring of a
Physician.
All students must achieve an acceptable degree of
competency in the Health Sciences as well as the Healing Arts. The
Integrative Medical program draws from the curricula of the basic schools
within the QVIUS system and other medical philosophies. This is comprised
of studies from the Schools of Botanical Medicine, Functional Medicine,
Homeopathy, Clinical & Human Nutrition, Integrative Medicine,
Indigenous Medicine, Clinical Religious Studies and Somiatry (Body work)
with an array of elective areas of study which are all required courses.
Students are also required to successfully complete
studies in elective training program, which include such fields as
Ayurveda, Ethnic & Energy Healing, Guided Meditation, Healing Touch,
etc.
Students are able to petition for advanced standing
acceptance into these programs (evaluation is made on an individual
basis).
